Focus on one thing at a time
If you have a big project that seems overwhelming, have a look at the tasks and break them down into smaller bite size projects. Taking it one step at a time will make it easier and achieving mini milestones will motivate you to keep going!
If you need to concentrate on a particular task, turn off anything that may distract you. Putting your phone to silent and turning off email pop ups will enable you to focus fully on the task to hand.
Take a break
When you have finished a task, take time out to go for a walk, make a cup of tea or listen to some music. Taking time out will mean you will feel energised and refreshed and ready for the next task.
