I have recently helped one of my clients prepare for an exhibition at a business conference.
The tasks included:
- Liaising with the event co-ordinator to confirm stand, adverts and delivery of items
- Liaising with the graphic design on artwork and marketing materials
- Researching and liaising with suppliers for promotional items needed: Branded clothing, chocolates and fridge magnets
- Meeting deadlines
- Collating data from business cards and creating a spreadsheet
