You may notice that you start receiving queries along the same theme. If that is the case, then you can create an email message template so that the next time you receive the same query, you can save time by having an email already prepared.

On the Home tab, in the New group, click New E-mail.

Type the content that you want to save as a new template

  • In the message window, click the File tab.
  • Click Save As.
  • Select the Save as type list and click on Outlook Template.
  • In the File name box, type a name for your template, and then click Save.
