What to include in a Newsletter

Newsletters can be as detailed and informative as you want.

  • You can provide information that will be interesting for your customers
  • Demonstrate your knowledge, skill and expertise
  • Keeping clients informed of upcoming events or new products that they may find useful
  • Provide hints and tips
  • How to guides

If you are not sure what to include in your newsletter, think about the questions you get asked about and make this the main topic for your newsletter.

Newsletters can be created online and sent digitally to customers. You can use software such as Mailchimp, Aweber or Constant Contact. There are other programs available and it worth using the free trials and checking out reviews to find one that suits you.

It is important to note that you do need to make sure that you have the customers agreement to send them emails otherwise it could be classed as spam.

Newsletters can also be printed and sent to customers in the post, handed out at networking events or given to customers at work. We work with a Graphic Designer who creates newsletters for both online and offline markets.
