Willow Admin is here to help small businesses owners like you, with the many admin and social media tasks you have to complete. I can provide business support on an ad-hoc or regular basis.

I love to help small business owners clear the overwhelm and tasks on their to-do list so they have more time to focus on their business.

How can I help? I can deal with the admin, newsletter and social media tasks so you have more time to support your customers. Setting up and scheduling posts on your Facebook page or group, scheduling your Instagram or Twitter posts, creating social media graphics for tips and quotes using Canva.

My Background

My career in admin began many years ago as an office junior in a small Financial Services company in London. I gained the knowledge, skills and experience needed to deal with the variety of daily admin and office tasks.

I moved to a larger company and using the skills and experience, progressed from PA to Operations Manager. My tasks included recruiting, training and working with admin teams.

After 20 years working in admin in London, I decided to set up Willow Admin to put my skills and experience to good use.

I know how difficult it can be to keep on top of all the tasks in running a business and that is why I love to help you with your admin and social media, so you don’t have to.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

You may already know what a Virtual Assistant is and how they work. Initially, I completed many of the admin and social media tasks assigned to me onsite with the client.

It was only later that I came across the term Virtual Assistant and I wanted to find out more.

A Virtual Assistant is a business owner that can complete a variety of administrative tasks virtually enabling business owners to concentrate more on growing their business and supporting their customers. A Virtual Assistant can provide help with a one-off project or provide regular assistance for a few hours a week or month.
