A bit about me
Hi, I’m Nikki and thank you for stopping by my website. I am a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager and the owner of Willow Social based in Essex. Willow Social is here to help small businesses owners like you, with the many social media tasks you have to complete while keeping on top of running your business.
My career in admin began many years ago as an office junior in a small Financial Services company in London. I gained the knowledge, skills and experience needed to deal with the variety of daily admin and office tasks. I moved to a larger company and using the skills and experience, progressed from PA to Operations Manager. My tasks included recruiting, training and working with admin teams. After 20 years working in admin in London, I decided to set up my own virtual assistant business to put my skills and experience to good use.
Starting off as Willow Admin at the end of 2011 with an updated name and brand in August 2020 to Willow Social, I know how difficult it can be to keep on top of all the tasks in running a business. That is why I love to help you with your social media, so you don’t have to.
How I can help
I can help you with your social media tasks so you have more time to support your customers. Such as scheduling posts on your Facebook page or group, scheduling your Instagram or Twitter posts, creating social media graphics for tips and quotes using Canva and creating social media content libraries in Trello.
